So I'm currently rocking Alligator Gun's Onehundredpercentfreak album and damn is it rocking. I went and found them on myspace and little did I know they played a reunion show in December of 2006. WHY DIDN'T I KNOW!?!? Plus, they played with Compound Red which is rad as hell (I think when I was in Pulse, we played with Compound Red at Concert Cafe). I remember seeing AG in 1995 at the Concert Cafe...those were the times.
It's actually amazing that Onehundredpercentfreak still holds up after 13 years...so good on them for making an album that stands the test.
I'll put up a a song on the blog page from them next time I post. Then you should try finding their albums.

Alligator Gun is by far my favorite band from the hayday of 90's Wisconsin punk scene. Still listen to onehundrepercentfreak almost daily. And yes, I too found out a month after the fact that they did a reunion show... KILLS ME that I missed that.
Yup, I used to see these guys as often as I could... I remember a seminal moment in my musical growing-up period, standing outside Metro in Chicago, amazed that dudes in a band were talking to me. I think my favorite show was in Rockford, IL, at a skatepark. Must have been '96, maybe late '95. I hadn't heard them in a long time until I jsut finally found "onehundredpercentfreak" again... whoa. Brings it all back.
